Hi,

I want to know what is the right Offpage SEO approach when there are millions of pages and hundreds of thousands of backlinks. When I check competitors backlinks or backlinks of my website, there is a lot of mess, and not very much actionable data, that I can see good/lousy backlink opportunities. Does anyone have an experience like this?

Thanks

Instead of seeking out competitor links, look at their backlink profile. Look at all the links they have gained, which ones are likely to be passing the most SEO-authority to the client website.

Building backlinks. As we know search engines use backlinks as indications of the linked-to content's quality, so a site with many high value backlinks will usually rank better than an otherwise equal site with fewer backlinks.
