For several years, I have been stuck in a cycle of trying to boost order volume and conversion rates. It seems the only ways to achieve this are:

1) increasing advertising spending or
2) making significant changes to the landing page.

However, when I can't exceed my benchmarks, I ponder how to grow my family business.

How do you spend your time?

I typically analyze drop-off rates to identify specific points within the sales funnel where users disengage. This involves implementing session recorders to capture the user journey through the funnel, allowing me to observe interactions in areas with the most significant drop-offs closely. The most challenging aspect of this process is finding the time to review the recordings and take thorough notes.

Drop-off occurrences may be related to landing pages, the shopping cart flow, or other elements.

After gathering insights into the reasons behind user drop-offs, I implement modifications and conduct tests.

The same methodology applies to advertising creatives; I continually assess various iterations, bidding strategies, etc., and my advertising campaigns to improve with ongoing tests of return on investment (ROI).

Dedicating your time to Live Chat to engage with your customers is advisable. Not only can you conduct A/B testing dynamically, but your customers' questions will also provide insights into what may lead to significant improvements.

There is no better way to conduct research or manage your time than by deeply understanding your customers' true desires.

There is valuable insight within those conversations.
