Is anyone else having issues with Search Console?

I'm getting messages on all my sites that there has been an increase in 404s (thousands of them per site), but when I switch to the new Search Console interface, it shows 0. Crawling the site myself, I can't find any, so it seems to be limited to the old Search Console, and when I test some of the pages flagged, they seem to work fine. Can I safely ignore this?
