I recently celebrated reaching 10,000 followers, and at the pace I'm growing, I'm excited to think I might hit 10k within the next month! Seeing my reels consistently garnering over 5,000 views has been fantastic, with several videos surpassing the 10 and 15,000-view markers. One video went viral with 5 million views, while another is close to 700,000! My focus is on motherhood, gardening, and connecting with nature, and I've been fortunate to have a few gifting opportunities with small brands that have been truly amazing experiences. I'm curious whether it's okay to reach out to brands for potential collaborations, or should I wait for brands to approach me?

I want to maintain an authentic vibe and avoid sounding too ‘influencer.’ But if there's a way I can make the most of my hard work on Instagram, that would be wonderful. I've heard about others earning through UGC, so I'm seeking advice from anyone who's successfully navigated brand collaborations. Any tips in general are more than welcome as I dive into the world of ‘micro-influencing’!

Thanks so much!

As a brand, we encourage you to reach out to influencers. Focus on small and large brands that align with your niche. Enhance your engagement rate to increase your account's value, regardless of your viewer count.

Consider establishing affiliate partnerships with brands, as they are generally easier to join. Platforms like Levanta can help you connect with companies seeking affiliates to promote their products.
