Could someone recommend some vital SEO steps when it comes to changing company name and address?

A client of mine is moving and changing business name at the same time. One of my biggest concerns are online directories. Should we update existing ones? Create new ones? Should it be done before or after the move? Also, any recommendations for a find and replace plugin for WP to update the name?

WP Migrate DB is the plugin you want if you want to change the url's. If you were moving servers I'd recommend Duplicator, but since this will remain on the same server, use the migrate plugin to change the URL's.
